Amazing in sausage - Nik - 2017-01-11
My annual sausage making day started with 27 pork legs and shoulders, I was at the register when I was approached and asked "what the f k are you doing with all that?". I explained I'm making sausage, I was met with samples of the spice bomb while loading my vehicle. I decided to venture from our tradition hot Italian sausage using the samples I received. Ive got to say not only is the heat right where it needs to be in our homemade sausage but the flavor is amazing. I will definitely be using the spice bomb next time I make my hot sausage!!
